Reiki Tummo

Recently I have completed Level 1 and 2 of Reiki Tummo. It is a system of combining Reiki and Kundalini energies for healing and connecting with the Divine Source or True Source. It is quite a remarkable experience. A simple act of smiling to everyone, every being, everything, every existence and everywhere, smiling from our heart can bring so much joy and raises the vibration tremendously. I have never felt so refreshed and energized compared to other Reiki systems or healing modalities. But that is just my personal experience which is not to judge other healing modalities. Each modality has their own merits and benefits.

At first I was quite skeptical about kundalini which many people associate with serpent energy or Shakti awakening or even of people saying it's dangerous to awaken prematurely. Reiki Tummo is a system of having a certified master to cleanse or remove the karmic knots and sushumna (the main energy channel along the spine) so that the kundalini energy can be activated and awakened safely without any kundalini syndrome or side effects and for the energy to flow more smoothly. I can feel that the base of my spine feels clear as if my spine is an open hose and my body feels lighter. During the attunement of Reiki Tummo, I cried quite a bit. I couldn't understand why I was crying. I thought it was due to past lives trauma but then later realize I cried because I missed home so much. I missed going back to the cosmic home, back to Divine Source. Divine Source is so full of unconditional love that can make me cry a river.

The system of Reiki Tummo uses the concept of smiling with our heart and surrendering to the Divine or True Source. A simple act of smiling to every being, everything, every existence and everywhere using the imagination actually brings me joy, inner peace and bliss. It makes me realize no matter whether I'm smiling to light beings, dark beings, humans, animals, plants and nature, extraterrestrials and all other beings from all dimensions, they are all part of the universe. Some may not be created by the Divine Source. But we do not judge or fight. Our true nature and true self is Love and Light.

By surrendering to the Divine, we let go of the ego and let the Divine energy work on the healing. We are not the healer but merely acting as an instrument or conduit of God. Realize that the unconditional love of the Divine is constantly pouring and permeating into every existence, every dimension, every being, everything and everywhere. But humans with their ego may not be open or receptive to the Divine energy. So as Reiki practitioner, we act as a conduit for the Divine energy to flow through those who are ready to receive the healing energy.

After learning about surrendering to the Divine Source, I tried to communicate and ask if I can return home after this lifetime. I seem to get the answer that I just need to surrender. That seems to be quite consistent with what my spirit guides and ascended masters advised. There are many things to surrender. The ego, attachments to worldly desires, relationships, anger, pride, negative emotions, beliefs, perceptions, resentments etc. The absence of all these will bring about liberation, love and awakening. It's easy to say but difficult to practice in this 3rd dimensional world. Haha. But every step on the spiritual path is a step closer to the Divine or True Source.
