Electric Cars - Danger of Dielectric in Floods

Electric cars running in the past has been on dielectric with lithium ion battery. The insulation from dielectric is not sufficient because of the flood. Any insulation from dielectric is not sufficient because the material is only rubber. So far no material has ever withstand dielectric strength from the electric current.

This led to the pole shifts, people dying from the high wattages in the car from the radiation and electric currents. The lithium battery also had some gunpowder lead type of poison in the battery that is highly toxic. Some explosions happened during the period when CERN was in operation which was a type of nuclear fission and fusion.
EV can also be depleting earth's resources and emits a lot of carbon due to lithium battery.

When that became a huge problem, the electric cars decided to drop lithium battery and dielectric. Fuel cars are still safer. With so much flooding in some countries, electric cars may not be safe.
There are electric cars running on DC motor and others in AC motor. DC motor is rather noisy. AC motor is quieter in terms of sound though slower but is safer.
It may be a good initiative to invent cars that can overcome flood or drive through flood but insulation from electricity is a huge challenge. It can numb the hands due to radiation and conductive to electricity and water if it gets into the car and the driver. It can be deatomizing and numbing to the hands. So maybe air pumps paddling or other alternatives have to be considered.
This is like problems in Crystals Technology during Atlantis and Electric Wars and Cloning Wars in Orion combined from past historical timelines. I hope we can stop these wars from repeating. There are too much metals, electricity and ultra high sound frequency technology being overly utilized together with nuclear weapons and fission and fusion. There are irresponsible witches that abused these akashic records and messed with the technological operations leading to so many problems on Earth.
