How I started my Reiki journey

I'm not sure how I started my Reiki journey. Either the angels are dropping hints to me in some ways or I'm just reliving the gifts that I had in my past lives.

It was out of curiosity about my past lives on what I was and what I was doing. I was told that I was a Buddhisattva who came to Earth out of curiosity and playfulness. That did not sit in too well for me. So I sought to find out the truth by going through a past life regression. I went to this psychic for a past life regression session. This psychic started learning Reiki that opened her psychic abilities. So I thought that was interesting.

During my past life regression, I could see two of my past lives. One was a warrior and the other as an Archangel. The psychic guided me through the healing process of the trauma that I had in that past life as a warrior. I cried so much seeing so many of my comrades and even the enemies died in the war. This healing method is similar to what Dolores Canon described as past life quantum healing. We can heal our past lives by revisiting through past life regression and change the outcome on a quantum level. Time and space are an illusion. We can even communicate with our other selves in other dimensions, in other parallel universes, past and future lives.

All these are not what prompted me to learn Reiki. My single most concern is still the health and well-being of my loved ones. My father has multiple illnesses like diabetes, heart problem, kidneys failing, high blood pressure, giddiness and etc. My furkid keeps having rashes and anxiety issue. So that did the push for me to learn the healing modality.

When I started receiving Reiki level 1 heart attunement, I was overwhelmed with tears that I could not explain. Was it tears of trauma healing, joy or remembrance, I couldn't really tell. In my sleep that night, I woke up with a message that I was touched for reconnecting with the Divine Source energy that made me cry. It was like an A-ha moment! I could felt the tinging on my palm when I place it onto anything. I tried reiki on my husband and he cried too. It seems an incredible experience how it worked at healing not just the physical but emotional aspects as well. Next I tried reiki on my furkid who was having serious rashes. I kept my hands on her for God knows how long. When I woke up the next day, I was so shocked that her rashes are all gone. It was simply amazing that reiki works like a miracle! I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought I would stop at Reiki level 1 because that is quite enough as a healing tool. Then I realize there is a distance symbol that will be useful for sending reiki to my dad when there is an emergency. This is really useful without the hassle of travelling and I find that the distance reiki seems more powerful than hands-on.

Again, I thought I would stop at Reiki level 2 which is already quite enough for me to use for healing and manifestation. But I realize my father has deeper emotional and spiritual issues that are actually affecting his health. So that prompted me to go on with Reiki level 3. The master symbol is quite powerful. I can feel the effects happening almost immediately. I did the master symbol on my furkid, my dad, a friend's husband and the feedbacks are very positive.

Usually my furkid hides in a corner when I come back home as she knows I'm bringing her down for her pee. She is the timid type who dislikes going out. But I can see that she is more eager to go out now after receiving reiki. This is really quite a relief for me as I had to coax her, drag her or even carry her out previously. Words cannot express how grateful I am for having found reiki as part of my journey.
