What is inner child? It is something that resides in your physical body that is attached with emotions. It is formless and has no gender. When we experience strong emotions whether they are positive or negative experiences in happiness, sadness, grief, anger, trauma in this lifetime, these emotions would be attached to our chakras especially the solar plexus where most emotions are stuck and stagnant. These strong negative emotions with the experiences and memories must be cleared from the chakras by revisiting those memories and visualizing a more positive outcome. This is similar to hypnosis or quantum healing whereby you revisit the memories that are affecting you and change the outcome to a positive way. Changing our subconscious mind will change our reality.
The inner child trauma can occur at any age, from baby, young children, teenage and even adulthood. As a child, we may not perceive situations and people accurately due to ignorance. In other situations, it may be a soul contract to experience certain trauma. Without healing our inner child, it is difficult to move forward in life and will become an obstacle to our mission or soul purpose. We can ask our Higher Self to help us to heal our inner child, to help us release all that are not serving us.We have to align our soul to the Universe and express gratitude for all that we have in our lives whether they are good or bad experiences. Bad or challenging experiences maybe life lessons to test and strengthen us. Good experiences would be to bring love, happiness, joy and sweetness.
The inner child is not the same as our soul or Higher Self. It is just an emotional attachment to the physical body. The soul is eternal but the inner child is not. The inner child will cease when we heal and release it.
Does the Shadow Self exist? The Shadow Self does not exist. It is a myth. We are Love and Light. The "dark" or negative side of us is merely due to ignorance, clinging to attachments and fear. Through raising our vibrations, realizing our core essence of Love and Light and embracing that we are not this physical body, we are not these emotions and we are not these thoughts, can we come out of our cocoon to shine our Light! The Shadow Self are just the parts of us that we rejected or disowned because we always want to seem perfect and flawless. But we are not perfect and yet we are here to realize that we are perfectly fine to be imperfect. By being aware of the parts of us that we rejected subconsciously, we are shining light to the shadows.
