Between age 42 to 51, you will encounter Chiron Return where old wounds, family issues and trauma will resurface for you to heal. If you are not aware of your old wounds, it can be difficult to navigate in life where you will feel the struggle in mid-life crisis that will occur around age 39-43 which is when Uranus Opposition occurs. During Uranus Opposition, it is most likely that you will start to look for your life purpose or changing jobs and industry that is more aligned to your soul urge. If for some reason that you remain stuck without making the change that your soul urges you, it becomes a crisis. Many people do not understand about the mid-life crisis is about. So understanding metaphysics such as astrology, human design and gene keys will help us to understand and navigate in life with more knowledge, wisdom and support.

Chiron placement in the natal chart (Sign and House) will help you understand your deepest wounds or pain. It is of no benefit to retain the pain in the body because it will only disrupt your health and block your potential to unleash your greatest gifts.

Reading Chiron combining astrology and Human Design is actually quite enlightening for me personally.

My Chiron for both conscious and unconscious gates are both Gate 51 which is my Purpose sphere in Gene Keys although the lines are different. So there is a purpose for the pain that I went through. The shadow is Agitation. The gift is Initiation/ Initiative. For a long time, I could not understand why I feel agitated whenever my family members and spouse talk to me since young until now. My Chiron in Aries is in the 4th House. So my wounds are centered in the family that is related to self-worth. So everything makes sense when I look at my natal chart and human design chart. My purpose is to alchemize Agitation to Initiation / Initiative that will unlock the Siddhi of Awakening. My conscious Chiron is 51.2 where line 2 represents Denial (Shadow) and Passion (Gift). Now I understand why I have not felt any kind of passion in life even as I step into my life purpose. I was in denial of my agitation! It's like a thunder bolt moment for me to realize this. I have to embrace my shadow of denial and allow it to flow into Passion and Initiation.

Understanding Chiron will also help us to understand our Mission.

What is difference between Purpose and Mission.

Purpose is what we came here to be who we are.

Mission is what we came here to do to be of service to others.

So my Mission of Gate 51 is about Initiation which is a Catalyst, to initiate the divine spark of others to help them in speeding up their remembrance, transformation and soul evolution.

The Purpose Sphere in Gene Keys may not necessarily translate to the Mission. It just happens that my Chiron is the same gate as my unconscious Earth (Purpose).
