The major human blood groups consist of:
1) O+
2) O-
3) A+
4) A-
5) B+
6) B-
7) AB+
8) AB-
9) RH-null (rarest blood group)
Based on some researches, blood group O is likely to be the oldest although some reported that blood group A is the oldest.
According to Wikpedia, blood Group O was initially recognised as blood group C. It was later renamed O after the German Ohne meaning "without" or "zero" or "null".

In some research, it is said that South Americans, Siberians, Eskimos, some areas in Switzerland and Chimpanzees are mostly blood group O. Another hypothesis also said that blood group A and B are successive mutations from O. Could O be the original blood group of early human species since the aborigines are mostly O type?
There are also studies on the blood groups relating to personality traits and temperament.
It is generally categorized as:
People with O blood types were phlegmatic (relaxed, calm, unemotional).
People with A blood types were melancholic (self-reliant, deep thinkers).
People with B blood types were sanguine (outgoing, socially active, creative).
This categorization looks like blood type A is more feminine; B is more masculine; O is neutral. It does not pertain to the gender but the pre-dominant energies.
Based on other research on the types of diet suitable for the different blood groups, it is said that:
O blood type - are meat-eaters. "Hunters"
A blood type - are vegetarian, vegan and grain-eaters. "Farmers"
B blood type - are balanced of both meat and vegetables. "Nomads".
I am trying to find the connection between blood group and starseed origin or genetics. Some people claim that the blood groups RH- are starseeds or aliens. But personally, I am RH+ so I doubt this hypothesis is not entirely true.
In the human origin, we are originally seeded by the Lyran-Elohim. Due to the conflicts between Lyra and the Orion draconian group, they decided to mix their genetics to correct the polarity. So it is likely that the human blood groups contain their genetic make-up of these seeders.
I have read other sources about the blood type linked to the star races but I would like to expand my own interpretations as follows:
O blood type is likely to contain genes of Vega-Orion ancestry.
A blood type is likely to contain genes of Lyran-Pleiadian-Lemurian ancestry.
B blood type is likely to contain genes of Vega-Sirian-Atlantian ancestry.
