It's quite amazing how Spirit comes through with a lot of downloads for me to deliver today. :)
People around me always tell me the same money story. They are afraid to quit their job because it offers them more stability as opposed to being an entrepreneur or solopreneur. But Spirit tells me today your pay check only comes after working x-number of days or hours depending on the company's payroll arrangement or nature of your work such as full-time employee, free-lancer, part-timer etc. In most companies, you have to work 3 - 4 weeks before you get the pay check. So you are getting post-paid salary. At any time, bosses can tell you that your performance is not up to par or below their expectations or not meeting the sales quota and all sorts of excuses for replacing you. No one is indispensable in any company or organization no matter how long your service is or how dedicated you are. Most companies only care about how much profit they make and how much they can cut down on expenses. There is nothing stable about any job out there. Perhaps jobs in the government sector offers more stability but will you be happy?
Fundamentally, you have to ask yourself this question, what do you desire in a job or career? Is it just about money or career advancement, achievement, learning, fulfilment or an act of service? What is it that you value? What is it that motivates you to work? What makes you wake up early in the morning? Are you dragging your feet to work? Or are you very passionate about going to work? The type of motivation that keeps you going on will determine your success rate.
When you go to the mrt or subway, you will see a lot of unmotivated people dragging their feet early in the morning to travel to their workplace. I am a fast walker and every morning, I see people walking reluctantly slow. Well, those are the days when I was still employed and travelling daily to work.
Why was I a fast walker? Do I have the motivation and passion for my work? For me, actually I was motivated to work because the job allows me to use the internet and I have a lot of private space to do my work. I use a portion of the time to do my own research and there is a certain amount of autonomy given to me although there are still many red tapes around the hierarchy. But mostly it is the freedom I get. Being a Capricorn, I have been trained to be efficient and productive ever since I step out into the rat race of the job market. Everything is about being fast, multi-tasking and pushing for deadlines. But now I appreciate the slow pace, own time own target, doing my own things without pressure from the top, left, right, bottom, front, back. Haha.
So how to make money without a job? This is really about using your creative juices to generate ideas and inspirations. Being an entrepreneur, solopreneur or free-lancer takes a lot of courage, determination, resilience, grit, inner strength, patience, flexible, never-say-die attitude and most importantly, able to work with the Higher Power and surrender to the Higher Power. You can make whatever you will out of your strategies with your ego mind. But it is a painful process and a lonely one. When you work with Spirit, God, Source, All that is, whatever higher power you believe in, you will receive more intuitive guidance on the right path. It takes a lot of trust and faith to do that. I can tell you, I have been tested many times on this. Hahaha. Although it is not rainbows and unicorns for following that hunch, it is nevertheless, less painful and less suffering. All the creative juices come from our intuition or download of ideas. Spirit wants us to prioritize on our service to others first, then the money will flow to us. Serve from a place of authenticity, love, empathy and integrity. Most people in sales who serve with the motive of making money first will not sustain for too long. Well, maybe they can but it does not align with their soul. They will attract people of similar vibrations solely out for benefits or conveniences.
How do you think out of the box? Actually there is no box but most of us box ourselves in. We have to ask ourselves, are we leaders or followers? Are we brave enough to do things differently or just following the crowd? Can we let go of seeking for approval or external validation from others? Do you like to follow the books or are you able to break out of social norms or programmings?
We have been programmed to think that it is acceptable to receive the pay check at the end of the month or after one month of service. For some contract jobs, they can get paid daily or weekly but the salary may be rather low.
I cannot tell you exactly how to make money without employment because it is dependent on your life purpose and the state of consciousness that you are currently at. I quitted my job because I lost my dad who passed on from chronic illnesses and the institution that I worked for had made some restructuring. For the most part, it was my soul calling and the universe giving me the green light to do this work. Now as I type this, I see 4:44 on the clock again. :)
All I can suggest in a general post, is that you have to know what is your purpose in life. Your purpose is not to simply earn money, enjoy life and retire. That is for ordinary humans. If you are here, you are not simply a mortal human reading my random blog. You are here for a reason. Spirit wants us to serve humanity but not at the expense of making us poor. But you must be willing to explore the possibilities from your life purpose. For example, if you are meant to be a healer or your purpose is to be a healer, there are many ways to do so. There are so many modalities and practices that you can use. Find the ones that you are naturally good at first, then slowly learn and expand your skills and knowledge into other areas once you are more ready. But being specialized in one particular area that you are super expert in, is actually good enough. A heart surgeon does not need to specialize in all parts of the body although some knowledge will be helpful.
There are many healers but each one has their own uniqueness and has their own energy signature. So do not think that there are so many in the industry and there is no point. Do it your own way, create your own style and niche. Ultimately, you are a co-creator who is here to express yourself authentically. Your soul tribe or soul client will come to you naturally when you are standing in your own power and expressing your True Self. Like attracts like. Your authentic self's vibrations will naturally attract your soul tribe who will support you.
In order to know how you can move forward after knowing your purpose, you have to know who you really are. What is your energy signature? In your Human Design and Gene Keys profile, you can look at your Personality Sun and Design Sun as a reference. In astrology, you can look at your Sun Sign (how others see you), Ascendant (your outlook on the world and first impression that others have of you) and Moon Sign (your emotions and what makes you emotionally secured).
In astrology, Capricorn is likened to be the archetype of The Boss. When I was employed previously in some of the jobs, I was given some autonomy to lead or give instructions even though my positions were not managerial ones. But because bosses and superiors trust me enough to give me the leadership role and I am the serious, no-nonsense type. Now that I am self-employed, I am the Boss. I don't need to answer to anyone except my clients. :) My Sun Sign, Ascendant and Moon Sign are all earth signs so I am quite grounded although I can be stubborn and stuck in the mud. Haha.
I don't know who this message is meant for but if you are reading this, it is here for a reason. :) And it is up to you to receive it.
I enjoy giving readings on life purpose because I like to give directions. See, my bossy attitude again. :) My defined G-center and spleen with Activated Gates 57, 10, 34 would be able to empower you to set you up to the right direction or path. My readings are a form of guidance. Ultimately you are the one to decide on your own path.
Are you ready? Get set, Go!

P.S. I am not a huge fan of Warren Buffet but he hit the nail on this.
