DNA of Narcissism and Empathy

In two of my older Youtube videos, I talked about the origin of Narcissism. After reading the Voyagers' materials from Ashayana Deane, I realize that Narcissism is a result from DNA digression or mutation after the Zeta greys removed a strand of DNA associated with Empathy. So this explains why a segment of the population lack empathy and exhibit behaviors of sociopathy and narcissism.

I saw some people posted in social media about their beliefs that Empaths are narcissists in disguise. This is totally untrue. Empaths do attract Narcissists but they are not the same behavior. Every person may have narcissistic behaviors such as trying to control outcomes or control other people's behaviors by correcting and fixing. But the intention is to help people to be a better version of themselves. But a narcissist wants to crush and tear another person's self-esteem especially one with weak boundaries. So they have different energies.

Some behaviors of Narcissism:

1. Frequently finding oneself in prolonged arguments; nitpicking; love to create dramas

2. Forming opinions early and defending them vigorously; jumping to conclusions; assuming

3. Thinking that other people are overly sensitive

4. Refusing to listen to other points of view

5. Blaming others for mistakes; victimization

6. Not listening when spoken to

7. Holding grudges and having difficulty to forgive

8. Inability to work in a team

There are two main types of Empathy.

1. Emotional Empathy - understand and feel other people's emotions

2. Cognitive Empathy - understand and feel other people's mental states and perspectives

It is possible for any Empath to have both emotional and cognitive empathy. Empathy is a super power of the DNA strand that can be re-activated from the heart and liver (Ethereal Soul). Ultimately, Empathy is Love. Having empathy or being an empath is not a curse. It is a gift when it is used correctly. Many Empaths who do not set their boundaries will feel victimized by the Narcissists. So self-empowerment is so important for Empaths because only then, the Narcissists will back off.

Empaths have to learn how to set boundaries, activate their warrior archetype and embody their authentic true self or Higher Self. One can be empathetic and yet calm and strong enough to withstand attacks of the narcissists.

In Human Design, we can see whether a person is an empath or being able to feel other people's emotions and thoughts.

1) Solar Plexus

- Undefined Solar Plexus Center has some gates activated but the center is in white.

- Open Solar Plexus Center do not have any gates activated and the center is in white.

Both the Undefined and Open Solar Plexus Center illustrate that they can be empaths because they are very sensitive to external energies from people, environment and everything. They can feel easily overwhelmed by other people's projections and amplify those energies. They may not understand that they are taking on other people's projections and energies and treat them as if they are their own. This is so important for them to learn how to discern whether those energies are their own or others. It is most likely not their own energies.

3) Gate 13

- With that being said, those with Defined Solar Plexus can also be empaths if they have gate 13 that is the fellowship of Man, the Listener. Defined Solar Plexus will be the type of empath who can differentiate whether the energies they receive are theirs or others.

4) Gate 19

- Those with Gate 19 are sensitive to energies and are able to communicate with animals and nature.

5) Reflectors

- Those with Reflector type of aura, have many open centers that are in white. They are more attuned to energies of others and will feel even more overwhelmed by events and anything happening in the world. Reflectors are the mirrors. They reflect on the behaviors of people and the external world.

There is no right or wrong design. Every defined, undefined and open center has its purpose and unique gifts. Open centers are prone to the conditionings of the external world and people. It is through awareness of the open centers that we can understand about the conditionings and differentiate ourselves from it or learn from others.

So are there any Human Design gates associated with Narcissism?

1) Gate / Gene Keys 21 - Shadow of Control

- The shadow frequency of Gate 21 is control.

- The gift frequency is Authority.

- The Siddhi frequency is Valour.

2) Gate 26 - Shadow of Pride

- The shadow frequency of Gate 26 is pride.

- The gift frequency is Artfulness.

- The Siddhi frequency is Invisibility.

These are the gates that can exhibit ego and control. They are also gates in the Heart Center. The shadow frequencies of these gates can be activated into gifts so it does not mean that anybody with these gates are narcissists. It is still possible for narcissists to re-activate their gifts of empathy through DNA activation and correction of the dysfunction.
