How to heal from low self-worth

One of the method to heal from low self-worth is to do Release Statements.
People tend to hold onto false beliefs about themselves since childhood, teenage years until adulthood. We tell ourselves stories or pick up beliefs from our parents, societal programmings and entertainment programmings such as movies and drama. They are intentionally designed to keep people in victim-victimizer programmings so that they are easy to control and manipulate. Traumas, fears, loneliness are sources of Loosh that are harvested by dark forces as food sources since they are disconnected from the Divine.
So it is important to free ourselves from these low vibrations and frequencies by releasing these traumas and pain from our energetic / morphogenetic field.
These are powerful Release Statements. Feel free to add your own words as needed. Be present and be aware of your emotions. This may trigger some emotional release and tears. Allow them to release and flow out. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself.
Say these statements out loud, breathe in deeply and breathe out from your mouth as you say these. You may listen to some music to help you release and relax:

* I release the thoughts and feelings of not being confident enough.
* I release the fear of being hurt again.
* I release the thoughts and feelings that I lack something that others have.
* I release the fear of exposing my deepest feelings and desires.
* I release the fear of not feeling safe to share my feelings.
* I release of fear of being soft and vulnerable.
* I release the fear of opening up my heart.
* I release the fear of being misunderstood.
* I release the fear that nobody will understand me.
* I release the fear to love again.
* I release the fear of conflicts.
* I release the thoughts and feelings that I am not worthy of love.
* I release the thoughts and feelings of being inadequate.
* I release the fear of judgement from others.
* I release all the need to judge myself.
* I release the need to achieve perfection.
* I release the need to control everything.
* I release the need to control the outcome.
* I surrender to All that is for the highest and greatest good that I deserve.
