Stagnancy is defined as non-activity, dullness and sluggishness.
When you feel stagnant in life, there are some possible symptoms that you can detect physically and emotionally.

Stagnancy can lead to procrastination which I wrote about How to Stop Procrastinating in my previous post.
Why do stagnancy occur? It can happen when your body is not moving or exercising enough. During the period of covid lock-down, many people actually experience stagnancy and depression because they are not allowed or restricted from moving outdoors. Overtime it can develop into a habit of staying indoors. So the body accumulates stagnant energies that do not flow naturally. The stuck energies will develop into pain and soreness or even worsen into diseases.
If you find that you have been stagnant or have been procrastinating for years, it is a more of underlying subconscious programming which you have inherited from your parents especially your father who will affect your masculine energy.
Masculine energy represents the ability to take action, to move forward, to achieve, to fight or assert authority, to have passion and drive, to have confidence and self-esteem.
Our mother who will affect our Feminine energy represents the ability to nurture ourselves and others, to be in touch with our emotional needs, to be intuitive, inspirational and creative.
If you are raised in a family of too much criticism and judgement, it will lead to lack of confidence and low self-worth. So having father and mother wounds that are unhealed can lead to stagnancy from being able to move forward in life.
Ways to move out of Stagnancy
1) Walk outside in nature
2) Set an exercise routine that you have not tried before
eg. jogging, gym, yoga, stretching, kick-boxing, dancing etc.
3) Energy healing
4) Inner child healing
5) Release self-limiting beliefs
6) Re-think about your direction in life. Is there something else that life wants you to do?
7) Get back into alignment - Mind, Body, Soul
8) If you are not having enough rest or eating well, it is time to relook at your dietary regime to ensure you are getting a balanced and nutritional meal.
9) Cut down on distractions such as social media, binge-eating, movies and dramas
10) Tune-in to your body. Is there a message from any part of your body that wants to tell you something?
11) Understand your profile lines in Human Design. I am going to elaborate this in detail because I don't think anyone has used this method to move out of stagnancy.
You can get your free bodygraph by filling up your birth details in the link:
After you have your bodygraph, you will see two columns of numbers that are the gates. The numbers in black are the conscious gates. The numbers in red are the unconscious gates.
The lines that I want you to look at are the single digits or last digits after the gates and dot which are circled as below:

For example, 44.5 (Line 5) in the unconscious Sun; 19.3 (Line 3) in the conscious Sun. Count the repeated lines on both conscious and unconscious sides and find out which line has the most.
In the above example, there are 7 numbers of line 4, 6 numbers of line 1 and 5 numbers of line 3.
Each line represents a certain archetype:

I realize this method when I was in a period of stagnancy. Being an introspective investigator with 9 numbers of line 1, I found that when I started to revisit the library, my inspiration starts to come back again. Haha.
So my recommendations for the above example is:
1) Line 4 - to network. Start reconnecting with friends, join communities, talking with different people to get ideas, inspirations or advice. Or to talk to therapists, coaches. Because being a triple split, this person has to connect with their fractal lines or people with the hanging gates or channel who can help this person. The hanging gates are the gates that are "broken or incomplete" without joining the opposite gates. For example, gate 44, 33, 14, 60, 18, 28, 19, 4, 24, 17.
2) Line 1 - to investigate or research. Having the second top most number of line 1, this person can also do some research or investigate to get into topics of interest or to find ways of getting out of stagnancy. This person can be very resourceful in finding different ways.
3) Line 3 - As this person's profile is 3/5 Martyr Heretic, there is a tendency to try out or experiment many different things. This person can be adventurous when in higher frequency but when stuck, he or she can be very pessimistic. So line 3 people needs to test different things out to see what works for them.
As an investigator myself, I also like to use different methods to get down to the root causes of different types of issues. If you are interested to work with me on your issues, you are book a coaching session or reading with me. If you are unsure which service to book, please feel free to contact me for a recommendation.
