I must emphasize again the importance of psychic protection using the 12-dimensional shielding technique at least twice a day.

This information needs to go out far and wide! Many starseeds and Indigos are constantly being attacked. Some known as targeted individuals. There are certain bloodlines and starseed lineages that the dark forces are targetting using astral tags and implants to track and attack them.

So building the 12-dimensional shielding is important on a daily basis. The moment you wake up, do the 12D Shielding. Before you go to bed, do the 12D Shielding. At least 2-3 times a day.

Most importantly, you have to remove all alien implants, imprints, J-seals and tagging. These are Metatronic implants working with EMF, 5G running on frequency fences of Metatronic reversal codes that will cause your DNA digression or hinder your DNA activation. They are mind control scripts. It is also important to do shadow work because the shadow bodies are inorganic to us.
