Life Path 8

In the study of numerology, the birthday is being used to calculate the life path number, destiny number, soul number, personality number etc.

Add the birth date, birth month, birth year together and reduce the total to a single digit unless it is a master number.

If you are not familiar to numerology, here is an example of the calculation.

Example 1:

5th June 1980

5+6+1+9+8+0= 29

From a total of 29.........2+9 = 11

11 is a master number. Any double digits are master numbers.

From 11, 1+1=2

So the life path for example 1 is 11/2 which means you can read the life path of 11 and 2.

Example 2:

9 August 1971

9+8+1+9+7+1 = 35; 3+5=8

So the life path for this example is 8.

In this article, I am going to explain what is Life Path 8. I know a lot of numerologists explain what Life Path 8 is. But it does not resonate with me because I am a life path 8.

Most numerologists will describe a life path 8 to be focused on material well-being, success, ambition and leadership. This is why I don't really resonate with numbers. Perhaps I don't really resonate with their interpretations.

My interpretation for Life Path 8 is different. Basing on my own experiences, Life Path 8 is a path towards being Infinite. It is not just about abundance or money. 8 is closely related to the planet Saturn. Saturn represents discipline, structure, karma, wisdom, regeneration, agriculture and liberation. Saturn rules Capricorn.

8 when placed horizontally resembles the infinity. It also represents duality. It is not only focused on material but also spiritual. It is learning to balance both material and spiritual; balancing duality; seeing both sides of the coin. There are lessons and blessings. From the lessons that we learn, we can then draw wisdom from the process.

From life path 7 which is understood as a path towards spirituality, life path 8 is a path that grounds materialism with spirituality. Life Path 9 is a path of humanity or humans in unity after its discovery of their spirituality, they come back to reunite with humans to help them.

So when a person of Life Path 8 starts to awaken to spirituality, he or she will not focus too much on the material needs. The material needs is only required to feed the basic requirements in life. It is a path of knowing its infinite nature - the Spirit, Higher Self.

A life path 8 does not necessarily mean it is a wealthy life. You can simply check the life path of the wealthiest people in the world. They are not life path 8. It is more about abundance in spirit. A life path 8 may not be very wealthy in terms of financial success or rich in the bank account. They feel abundant in life because they believe there is an abundance of energies, be it good health, resources, support, teachings, guidance etc. Everything is energy. The energy flows in the number 8 infinitely. Energy never dies. It just transforms to another form.

When a person feels tired or low in energy, it is time to rest and recharge. Why does death happens then? Death happens because it is programmed to end which is based on death science. We are immortal beings if we break out of all the programmings and matrix. We can choose to be immortal if we really want. Have you heard of stories of beings who lived for thousands of years appearing in different parts of the world? We are being programmed to believe we can only live up to 100 years old or less. The food and water that are currently supplied are also tainted. The stress that builds up in the body without releasing also affects the psychological and emotional well-being.

The idea of money is also distorted. Money is not evil. It is the promotion of greed and competition that we are vying for limited resources in the ever growing population. But Mother Earth is abundant with resources. The powers that be exploit natural resources to generate huge amounts of money to sell back to the people at inflated prices. They tell us resources are limited. They tell us there is overpopulation. But Earth is a huge planet or plane. They want us to believe their narratives so that they can control the population.

So being Life Path 8, it is about correcting these false and distorted beliefs and narratives because we know everything is in abundance.
