Message for the Day - Surface

I may randomly do an intuitive reading here to deliver a message whenever I feel called to. So the message for the day can be any day and hence, I am not assigning a date to it. As you may know, time is an illusion. So whenever you read this message, it is no coincidence.

The message is about Surface.

Very often, we look at things only on the surface. We judge a book by its cover. We form the first impression of a person by the way they dress, talk and behave. We tend to jump to conclusions without finding out the deeper aspects or investigating what is underlying or hidden.

At the emotional level, we may tend to suppress a lot of emotions or unable to express our emotions and deepest feelings. Emotions are simply energies in motion. When emotions are suppressed without a healthy outlet to express, we get into addictions such as comfort eating, alcohol drinking, netflix watching, drugs and substance abuse to numb those feelings. Whenever someone triggers us, we react with anger, sadness and grief. We often feel misunderstood and isolated.

Whenever someone triggers us, old memories surface. This is the time for old buried wounds to surface so that we become aware of them and process them for healing.

Is there also someone whom you have misunderstood? Is there also someone who have hidden their true feelings?

There are plenty of unspoken or unexpressed emotions in this card. It also represents going with the flow, not forcing anything.

One person seems to be awake and the other is asleep or resting. They are both lying just below the surface of the water filled with lotus flowers and lotus leaves. Lotus represents purity and enlightenment. But the lotus flowers in this card are in red which represents love.

For some of you who are in relationships or on the twin flame journey, one looks like the Divine Feminine who is awake while the Divine Masculine next to her is resting with the eyes closed. It can mean the Divine Masculine is either taking a rest literally or spiritually asleep. But he is lying on the surface either resting, gathering his strength or thinking and strategizing on the next step. It can also mean the Divine Masculine may be dreaming of the Divine Feminine in his sleep.

The Divine Feminine on the other hand is not looking at her Divine counterpart but looking forward. But in the back of her mind is still the Divine Masculine. It may also seem that their paths will converge when the Divine Masculine decides to wake up.
