This card is indicative of unfinished business and regrets. There is something that you were avoiding to confront or commit in the past. It leaves some regrets that you have not addressed for some long. Take a moment to ask yourself what is the situation that you have avoided from the past. When we find the reason for our avoidance and acknowledge it, then we are well on our way to higher ground. Do not live your life with regrets. If there is something that you need to do to complete or have closure, then do it. Is it about a certain clear communication that needs to take place or a task, a calling or nudge from the universe, listen to that and do it. That will give you a peaceful mind when you complete it.

Number 45 adds to number 9 which signifies completion. But since this card comes out in reverse, it means it is incomplete.
