Treating Insomnia with your Body Clock

There is a lot of wisdom in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) which studies the body clock. If you are consistently waking up at certain time, your body is actually signaling the specific organ is having a block or stagnant energy.
For example, if you have been waking up around 2.30 to 3am, your liver might have accumulated a lot of toxins and it is overloaded and overworking. If it is around 4am, it is to do with your lungs.
Each organ is associated with specific emotions that are stored in the body if these energies are not released.
Liver and gallbladder - anger
Lungs - grief, sorrow
Lungs and large intestine - anxiety
Heart, brain - stress, excessive joy
Kidney - fear
Spleen - fatigue, melancholy
Insomnia can occur under many factors:
* if any of the organs are overloaded and overworking
* eating before sleep
* drinking stimulants before sleep eg. caffeine
* watching television programs, overexposure to smart phone and EMF (electromagnetic fields)
* feeling ungrounded; root chakra blockage
* overthinking, stress, worries, fear, anxieties, anger
* overactive or imbalanced crown chakra or blocked pineal gland which produces a hormone called Melatonin that modulates sleep pattern
* ascension symptom
* full or super moon influence
* geopathic stress
* absorbing other people's negative energies without discharging especially for highly sensitive people (HSP) and empaths
* medications
