Ascension through High Vibrational Food, Detoxification and Self-Mastery

There are plenty of nutritionists, naturalists, health and wellness coaches around who can share about the countless types of healthy food that we all need to eat and cut out the processed food for optimal health. I used to think that I want to do something different by focusing on emotional, mental and spiritual healing. But I received a reading recently that my mission is to share about issues on food sensitivities and allergies.

I want to share a deeper perspective about skin allergies and food sensitivities in this article.


In chinese traditional medicine (TCM), there are 9 types of body constitutions:


1) Yang Deficient

  • Afraid of cold. Tend to have cold hands and feet

  • Uncomfortable or sensitive to wind, cold weather, air-conditioned places

  • Quiet and introverted personality

  • Sensitive to noise

  • Pale, bulky tongue

  • Diarrhea

2) Yin Deficient

  • Uncomfortable in hot, dry weather

  • Warm / hot palms, mouth dryness or thirst, dry nose

  • Preference for cold drinks

  • Constipation, dry stools

  • Susceptible to cough, fatigue, insomnia

3) Qi Deficient

  • Feeble, weak or soft voice

  • Shortness of breath, fatigue

  • Susceptible to cold and flu

  • Tend to sweat

  • Teeth marks on tongue

  • Weak immunity

  • Timid, introverted personalities

4) Phlegm and Dampness

  • Uncomfortable in humid or rainy environment or weather.

  • Oily face; tend to sweat

  • Chest stuffiness

  • Preference for sweet, oily food

  • Thick tongue coating

  • Having a tummy belly, overweight, obesity

  • Susceptible to diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, slow metabolism

  • Mild temper, patient and steady personalities

  • Should avoid gluten, sweet and fried foods

5) Damp Heat

  • Sensitive to humid and hot weather

  • Late summer to early Autumn

  • Oily face, pimples erupting frequently

  • fatigue, heaviness of body

  • Uncompleted defecation, dry stools, yellow urine

  • Susceptible with skin problems and urinary problems

  • Short-tempered, irritable

6) Blood Stasis

  • Uncomfortable in cold weather or environments

  • Dull complexion, spots on the face, dark red lips, dark circles under eyes

  • Unknown bruises

  • Varicose veins

  • Susceptible to bleeding, pain, abnormal growths

7) Qi Stagnant

  • Uncomfortable with stressful situations and rainy weather

  • Winter and Autumn

  • Nervous, anxious, timid, frequent sighing

  • Heart palpitations

  • Susceptible to insomnia, depression, anxiety disorder, breast lumps

  • Melancholic, emotionally unstable, suspicious

8) Special Constitution / Sensitive

  • Sensitive to seasonal changes

  • Sensitive to drugs, food, smells, pollen, environmental allergens

  • Tend to have nasal congestion, sneezing, running nose, asthma, itchiness, eczema, hay fever, drug allergies

9) Neutral

  • This is the most ideal state that is healthy, robust, emotionally stable, strong, optimistic

  • Good skin complexion and healthy thick hair, bright eyes, red and moist lips

  • Able to sleep well, good appetite

  • Normal bowels and urination

  • Strong immunity and adaptable to environmental/ weather changes

The body constitution can be a combination of the different types. It is also possible for the body constitutional types to change with the adjustments in dietary habits, inner work and self-mastery.


There are increasingly more and more people developing allergies. Starseeds who are sensitive to noise/ sound, food, toxins, radiation, pollutants will tend to react adversely because of lower density and the amount of toxicity on earth. So it is possible that Starseeds are the special constitutional type mixed with some other body types.


So it is important to understand your body constitutions to make adjustments to your diet and focus on clearing out the old stuffs from the Mind, Body and Soul. Your body type signals to you the symptoms where you are imbalanced. It is all about Yin and Yang balance to reach a neutral state.


In TCM, they study the heat and cold constitution in food, herbs and tonics in order to reach the balance of Yin and Yang in the diet.


I was recovering from cold, flu, fever and sore throat recently. Due to the weather changes, my hubby caught the cold virus and passed to me when I was healing his bloated stomach. I did not go to any doctors but heal myself through developing awareness of my body constitution, researching into the heat and cold constitution in food and tonics and eating food that balances the energies.


The most important is to get good quality sleep, removing phlegm and removing processed food. There is no need for medication because raw honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime in warm water will simply do its magic. It is the most natural form of probiotic / antibiotic.


Ascension is all about mastering our frequencies and vibrations on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.


For skin allergies and food sensitivities, the most effective way to counteract this is to release your triggers, toxic thoughts and emotions. Our body reacts because of something toxic that we consume or take in whether it's through food on the physical level or absorbing other people's negative energies, toxic thoughts or emotions at the emotional level or EMF/ ELF (Electromagnetic low frequencies) from wifi, electronic devices, television, microwave, electrical appliances, radio and network frequencies, Haarp, CERN at the spiritual level.


We can program our body to shield from the toxins from the external environment and release all the toxins within our body and subtle energy fields or morphogenetic fields. This is what self-mastery is all about. You have the power to choose what you want to take in that are beneficial and discard what is not needed at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.


Why Starseeds feel susceptible to react to the harsh environment is because of the hypersensitivities to the lower vibrations and density as well as not finding their true power, sovereignty and spiritual strength. The lesson is to learn to be spiritually strong and let go of victimization. We are not weak or waiting for some saviors to save us. We are our own Saviors. We are not victims of circumstances or easily affected by external forces. We are here to set as examples by being our true self, shining our light and releasing all the conditionings. There is also a lot to learn from the conditionings actually. Without the negative forces, we will not know how strong we can be.


What are high vibrational foods?


High vibrational foods are from the nature that receives sunlight (natural vitamin D). But it does not mean we should take all kinds of high vibrational food everyday because balance is the key.


Certain western herbs can be too cooling for the Yang Deficient body type and more suitable for Yin Deficient. So what really matters is to understand your own body type to determine which type of herbs are good for you. It is not a one size fits all. Take herbs in moderation and only for its specific purpose in healing certain conditions. Don't take herbs just because it is good. Take what is necessary for your specific body type and health condition.


Low vibrational foods include:

  • Gluten and Starch - breaks down into sugar and produces phlegm. Cut down on grains and wheat produce.

  • Dairy, lactose - eg. yogurt, milk, cheese. Produce phlegm and mucus.

  • Sugar, fructose, artificial sugar, cane sugar, corn syrup, glucose, malt, corn sweetener, maple syrup, sorbitol, mannitol, maltose. Sugar feeds parasites and is addictive. This is why sugar and its different forms should be eliminated as much as possible. But sugar can be used for fermentation.

  • Animal meat - animals are killed out of fear. When we eat their meat, we absorb their fears, traumas and low vibrations.

  • Chemicals - MSG, chemical names you find in most food labels.

Anti-Parasite Foods:

Parasites are disruptive to our digestive systems. It can lead to celiac diseases, autoimmune disorders, digestive issues, obesity, diabetes etc.


So it is imperative to clear out the parasites from our body systems with these foods.

  • Raw garlic

  • Apple Cider Vinegar, vinegar

  • Fermented foods eg. kimchi, sauerkraut

  • Pineapple (not canned ones), papaya

  • Enzymes

  • Low Histamine Probiotics - Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactorbacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum

  • Pungent spices and herbs eg. turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, horseradish, cayenne pepper, wormwood, black walnut hull and husks, fennel seed tea

  • Carrots or carrot juice

  • Pumpkin seeds (unsweetened, unsalted)

  • Licorice root

  • Distomaceous Earth, Bentonite Clay (food grade)

  • Lemon, lime


Histamine Producing Probiotics to AVOID

When you are choosing probiotics, make sure that they are not producing more histamine which will worsen your digestion and create allergies.

  • Lactobacillus casei (this is common in most yogurts)

  • Lactobacillus bulgaricus

  • Streptococcus thermophilus

  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii

  • Lactobacillus helveticus
